The goal is not 1 million passive Spotify listeners; it's 1,000 people willing to spend $100/year on your art. - **The Engagement Funnel:** - *Top:* TikTok/IG Reels (Passive discovery). - *Middle:* Spotify/Apple Music, Email Newsletter, YouTube (Active listening). - *Bottom:* Discord/Telegram, Patreon, SMS Community (Direct, unfiltered access). ## 2. Discord & Platform Architecture - **The Value Prop:** Why should a fan join the Discord?
